who we are
Graduated in Fine art and started her career as a visual merchandiser & textile designer in South Africa until she migrated to Great Britain in 1998. Once in London her career path turned to hospitality working for a large charity as an events Manager. In 2003 Stephanie successfully helped build an executive catering company supplying and running events at London’s five star hotels throughout the UK. Stephanie was instrumental for marketing the business and coordinating all aspects of the events. Having worked in catering, event management and party design for over ten years, she has mastered the art of turning imagination into reality.
Our head chef and his team come from a diverse background. Having worked with and for top London chefs at various London venues and restaurants to craft mouthwatering dishes, they draw upon their many years of collective kitchen and back of house experience to play their part in creating unique sensational events.
Similarly our Maitre De and front of house team have worked in hospitality for large private and corporate functions for many years bringing a depth of diversity in size and type of function with a calmness and professionalism required to ensure the smooth running of each and every event.
Our young Kashrut Rabbi Eli Goldsobel has worked with the London Beth Din for a number of years as a shomer, and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and understanding of Kashrut and liaising with the Jewish community including charities, synagogues and Jewish organizations throughout the UK and abroad.
